Garlic is made of several heads wrapped in thin whitish layers. They are firm and have a mild flavour. Once crushed, they emit a strong and pungent aroma.
Storage and Uses: Store them in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place inside mesh bags. Storing in sealed containers causes molding and sprouting. Used as flavouring in a wide variety of dishes like chutneys, rice, curries, sauce or to prepare garlic bread, pasta, etc.
